Cay Sal Bank is an uninhabited atoll in the Bahamas. It is located about halfway between Miami and Cuba. There are almost no good beaches, while amount of attractions is limited. So most of visitors are occasional American travellers on catamarans. If the route passes somewhere nearby, they just want to explore a new destination off the beaten paths. Fly to Nassau international airport (NAS). Next get by speedboat.

When to go [edit]

The best time for a holiday in the Bahamas is a dry season in the winter half of the year. However, the summer is also good. Since sea water is much warmer, and there are no crowds of tourists.
