Mota Lava island

Ultimate guide (April 2024)
Mota Lava is an island in Vanuatu with excellent fishing and snorkeling. There is also small Rah islet located nearby, which can be reached by walking during the low tide. Rah and west Mota Lava have good beaches with palms and white sand. However, you can not swim at low tide, as water becomes very shallow. There are also few fancy rocks on the shallows. Shore and seabed: sand, stones. [edit]
This island ranks #2 of the "Best Banks islands"
