Bioko island
Ultimate guide (September 2024)
Bioko is an island located 200 km to the northwest of the continental Equatorial Guinea. Unfortunately, there are almost no good
beaches. But the island's nature is beautiful and scenic. There is lush tropical vegetation, as well as mountains, canyons, waterfalls and lakes. There are also few relatively good roads. So a trip to this island is some kind of a light option to visit the jungle. However, this is still Africa. So you'll always feel some discomfort. But anyway it's so easy, if compared with hard travels along the continental Africa. Shore and seabed: sand, pebbles.
