is a relatively remote northern atoll in the Maldives. In general, the beaches
are very good, but it is worth to mention one important detail. Unlike most other atolls, all the local islands are with very bad beaches. On the other hand, absolutely all island-resorts are with excellent beaches. So you should clearly understand, what is the right choice :) Shore and seabed: sand, stones.
Almost all Lhaviyani hotels have an excellent value for money, and are rather cheap by the Maldivian standards. Rooms' fares on the local islands start from as low as US$45 per night (plus taxes 23%, plus US$3 fee per person per night).
Accommodation on private islands is about US$300-600 per night per room, which in most cases is much cheaper comparing with similar properties located on the central atolls. Find hotels in Lhaviyani
