Bird Island

Bird Island is a remote private island in the northwest of Seychelles. As the name suggests, there are many birds - including seasonal ones. There is also good snorkeling, giant turtles and great beaches. Transportation is poor. So there are just a few tourists most of time. You'll often feel like the only tourist on the island. Fly to Seychelles international airport (SEZ). Next get by ferry or by plane to the Bird Island.

When to go [edit]

Feel free to travel to Seychelles any time of year. The nature is more beautiful in the rainy season from October to April. While the dry season will give you more sunny days.
